How do I sign up?
Click on a Get Access to watch, then enter your name, email address, and select your plan. You will be asked for a credit card number, expiration date, and security code. Once your payment is processed you will have access to watch REELZ PLUS®.
How do I cancel?
Click on Account, My Account, My Plan, and select Cancel, your account will cancel at the end of the current paid period of your subscription.
I have REELZ through my cable provider — can I use that to sign in?
Click on a video to watch, then select your cable or satellite provider to sign in. Once you enter the login information for your cable or satellite subscription, you will be brought back to REELZ PLUS® where you can begin streaming your favorite shows or watch live TV.
Will it use up my data?
It might. Check your data plan before you start watching REELZ PLUS® on a smart phone or wireless network. REELZ PLUS® programs transmit a lot of data and that can become expensive if you have a limited data plan. Please know that we have no way of knowing when you have exceeded your data plan. You are responsible for all of the charges made by your mobile carrier.
How do I reset my password?
Please contact your TV provider if you cannot sign in using your Provider ID credentials or need your password reset.
